My presentation on innovation and crowdsourcing for the Commonwealth Telecoms Organization (CTO) Leadership Summit in Great Windsor Park at Cumberland Lodge, September 2012.

I produced my first ever prezi for this leadership summit of ICT leaders. My talk is about the changing face of innovation. How organizations cannot rely on their own workforce “innovating” and need to look to the Internet, to ask the crowd for feedback and ideas. I give examples, everything from Kickstarter to Mobile App Challenge (which my company loudSource built) and also run through my own experiences of research in telecommunications.
